Brooks Darrah, PhD, MSOD, CCMP™ is the founding Partner of Samsara Consulting Group, formed in Los Angeles in 2011. She brings to her clients 25 years of business and consulting experience in organizations such as Toyota, AECOM, Wells Fargo, 20th Century Fox, Sony, and the City of Los Angeles.

As a business leader, Brooks has held a broad range of roles, including operations, sales, product development, IT, and HR/recruiting.  For example, she has led onshore and offshore teams responsible for implementing significant technological change efforts ranging in budget from $50k to $240M.  Brooks launched operations for three major feature film production companies while based at 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures Entertainment.  She also managed product portfolios for top Hollywood film directors and producers and contributed as a creative producer to films such as The Nightmare Before Christmas for Tim Burton and Titanic for James Cameron.

As Certified Coach, Brooks provides individualized and tailored leadership development for executives, emerging leaders, and individual contributors to help them improve their business results as well as to achieve career aspirations.
